Graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Shen Yu is 1st Class Registered Architect in China with more than 20 years’ experience. She has worked for large state Institutes as well as private developer on many prestigious projects with fast-pace programs. Her project experience covers varied types of projects including mix-uses, residential, office, commercial, retail and hotel sectors as well as cultural tourism and sports. Acting as Client’s project manager involved in setting up construction standard and delivery program, she has supervised and managed more than 120 Wanda-Plaza Shopping Mall mix-use projects from inception to completion. She has a strong ability to execute projects and can ensure that high-quality and high-quality projects are completed under the limited project budget and time. Currently she is managing CPU Beijing studio and liaising with clients on projects in China.
